Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. You will work closely with the Business Relationship Manager to drive sales performance and expand the retail banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Acquire new customer accounts and cross‑sell YGC banking solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
• Understanding of risk management controls and banking policies.
