Business Relationship Officer

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in the Tuguegarao branch, with the possibility of assignment to other branches as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
- Develop and execute sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Willingness to be assigned to branch locations such as Tuguegarao or Cebu.
