Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and strengthen client relationships within the retail banking segment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition initiatives and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduation).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
