Business Relationship Officer – Capas, Tarlac

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. This position is based in Capas, Tarlac and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition initiatives and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and management concepts.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
