About the role
First Circle is the fastest‑growing fintech in the Philippines, delivering a market‑leading Revolving Credit Line to SME owners. The Business Loans Sales Consultant will focus exclusively on selling this product, helping businesses secure financing and grow.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, contact and close new SME customers for the Revolving Credit Line.
- Guide business owners on how First Circle’s financing can support their growth plans.
Required profile
- At least one year of B2B sales experience, preferably in banking or business loans.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close financial‑service deals.
Required skills
- Prospecting and lead generation.
- Relationship building and salesmanship.
- Comfort with blending digital tools and face‑to‑face meetings.
What we offer
- Php 35,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions (top 30 % earn over Php 200k/month).
- Hybrid work model – two days per week in our BGC office.
