Business Intelligence Team Leader

About the role

ClearSource is looking for a data‑driven leader to head its Business Intelligence function. In this role you will shape the reporting strategy, lead a talented BI team and turn insights into strategic actions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the BI team to meet professional and organisational goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end report and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely and aligned with business objectives.
• Establish reporting standards, templates and best practices.
• Monitor report performance and drive continuous improvements in usability and efficiency.
• Promote data literacy through training and support for report users.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data accessibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in BI, reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and data‑management concepts is a plus.
