Business Execution Associate – Graphic Design

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to develop and deliver visual design for internal and external communications. The role acts as a brand custodian, ensuring all materials align with corporate brand standards across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of programs, services, and initiatives related to visual communications.
• Develop, design, and produce brand‑aligned graphics for digital and print media.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure effective performance and control management.
• Review policy or process changes, technology enhancements, and identify efficiency or cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with mid‑level managers and cross‑functional partners to deliver design solutions.
• Provide direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning (or equivalent).
• Experience in graphic design, publishing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on‑site.
• Willingness to work a shift schedule (11 AM‑8 PM or 4 PM‑1 AM MNL).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to create visual/graphic designs for both digital and print media.
