About the role
The Business Development Project Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a distribution model aimed at growing the business. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing the performance of entrepreneur partners to meet business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, screening, and initial interviews of entrepreneur partners.
- Manage onboarding and accreditation, ensuring complete documentation and compliance.
- Deliver training, orientation, and deployment of entrepreneurs in line with business standards.
- Monitor field performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements to optimise operations and growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork across North Central Luzon.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (preferred).
