Business Development Manager – Telesales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead a team of telesales agents in acquiring new broker and agency accounts and growing revenue in the Philippine real estate market. The role combines hands‑on selling, team leadership, and data‑driven performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new broker and agency accounts and maintain a steady pipeline of leads.
• Own team revenue targets, forecast performance, and report against KPIs.
• Support key account negotiations, onboarding calls, and handover to Customer Success or Account Management.
• Implement sales playbooks, prospecting frameworks, and collaborate with marketing on lead‑generation campaigns.
• Generate weekly sales reports, track funnel metrics, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Business Development Associates to meet monthly acquisition and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a focus on business development, telesales, and people management.
• Proven ability to coach and train a sales team to improve performance.
• Organized, data‑driven, and capable of building strong client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
