Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Distribution

About the role

Liviti is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its national referral partner network. The role focuses on building long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with professional partners who need a trusted property and wealth specialist for their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and expand referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, accountants, financial advisers and related professional firms.
• Position Liviti as a value‑adding partner and manage referral relationships in line with compliance standards.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, maintaining regular contact to understand their needs and support them with education, insights and access to Liviti’s specialist team.
• Deliver presentations, client education sessions, co‑branded events and thought‑leadership content to enable partners to confidently refer clients.
• Represent Liviti in person and on‑camera (videos, webinars) and collaborate on partnership marketing materials.
• Identify new partnership and distribution opportunities, provide market feedback and work with internal teams to refine propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or distribution within the Australian finance, accounting or advisory sectors.
• Existing professional network of relevant partners.
• Strong relationship‑building, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Comfortable presenting both in person and on camera.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality referral outcomes.
