Business Development Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Bladegrass Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its IT solutions portfolio. Based on‑site in Parañaque, you will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and promote the company’s technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across target industries.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and negotiate contract terms in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and report sales performance.
• Support strategic planning by providing insights on revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis and process‑mapping skills to understand client operations.
• Solid foundation in information technology to articulate solution value.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and customer needs.
• Project‑management capabilities to coordinate proposal development and handover.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT or technology services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Parañaque, manage multiple opportunities, and demonstrate high ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
