Business Development Executive – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

You will be a key member of the Sales & Business Development team, reporting to the Country Lead. Your main mission is to grow the merchant network by acquiring new restaurant partners for the Eatigo platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential restaurant partners through market research, networking and industry insights.
• Generate leads using cold calls, email campaigns, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Present compelling business cases, negotiate terms, pricing and contractual conditions.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and complete all required documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or merchant acquisition, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to support client conversations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini.
