Business Development Associate

About the role

The Business Development Associate will drive revenue growth for HMR Philippines Inc. by identifying new corporate clients, building strategic partnerships, and promoting innovative asset recovery and circular-economy solutions. You will work cross-functionally to deliver value-driven services that support both business objectives and environmental sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to expand revenue.
• Acquire and manage corporate client relationships, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Promote sustainable asset recovery, auction, reverse logistics, and circular-economy services.
• Leverage market insights, digital tools, and emerging technologies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, preferably handling B2B corporate accounts.
• Proven ability in solution selling and contract negotiations.
