About the role
The Business Controlling Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Working closely with business units, the manager provides insight that drives strategic decisions and improves profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
- Analyze financial performance and business profitability.
- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards for senior leadership.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor cost controls and operational performance.
- Partner with department heads on financial planning and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, business controlling or commercial finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
- Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities.
