Business Consultant Manager

About the role

Globe is seeking a Business Consultant Manager to understand client needs, design B2B solutions, and lead successful implementations. The role blends stakeholder engagement, pre‑sales coordination, and solution architecture to help customers transform their enterprises with ICT, hybrid and public‑cloud offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture functional customer relationships, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and manage account plans, pricing, and agreements.
• Coordinate pre‑sales activities with cross‑functional teams, including solution scoping, pricing negotiations, demos, and technical evaluations.
• Develop high‑level solution designs in collaboration with product management, vendors, and internal experts to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, product demonstrations, and facilitate smooth customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of proven experience in management, telecom, fintech, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline; Master’s (MBA) or industry certifications preferred.
• Experience in business opportunity development, presentations, risk and change management, data analysis, market research, and strategy integration.
