Business Analyst - Asset and Liability Management (ALM)

About the role

ING is looking for a Business Analyst for its Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team, based in Manila. You will shape and implement ING's global ALM solutions, working with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Finance, Modeling and Technology to improve reporting, support regulatory initiatives and contribute to a standardized global platform for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain and continuously improve ALM and IRRBB processes and reporting workflows.
• Analyse business requirements and turn complex needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation and root cause investigations.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities, process enhancements and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Treasury and Technology teams.
• Coordinate testing, production releases and business sign-offs.
• Help ensure operational stability while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of Banking, Finance, Risk Management, ALM or related domains.
• Experience with cross-functional and international teams.

Required skills

• SQL, data analysis and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
