About the role

The Building Administrator oversees daily operations of a commercial property, ensuring that management services are delivered efficiently and occupants enjoy a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Address occupants' requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise security guards and janitorial staff to maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the building.
• Monitor building equipment and facilities, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
• Enforce house rules and building regulations.
• Review and approve unit renovation requests in line with building policies.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and external agencies for maintenance and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Graduate of Building Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Articulate with a positive work attitude.
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
• Recent board passers are encouraged to apply.
