Brand Manager

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Brand Manager in Manila. The role covers developing and executing brand strategies, engaging with stakeholders and healthcare professionals (HCPs), overseeing marketing campaigns and running brand and market analytics. It is a strategic, customer-facing position that requires close collaboration across departments to strengthen the brand's presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day brand performance and work with sales, medical, regulatory and market access teams to keep brand messaging consistent.
• Engage HCPs and hospital administrators, build relationships and use their feedback to refine brand positioning.
• Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and events, coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
• Develop omnichannel strategies (email, webinars, face-to-face, digital content) and use CRM analytics to track results.
• Analyse brand and market data, including competitor activity, and prepare reports to guide strategy.
• Assist in product launches and event planning (conferences, workshops, product presentations).
• Manage the marketing budget and track campaign and event expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Medical Biosciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand management or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and managing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
