Branch Pharmacist

About the role

The Branch Pharmacist will manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe dispensing, accurate inventory control, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role supports patients, clinicians and the wider health‑care team in a busy clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper storage, distribution and dispensing practices in line with good pharmacy standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy activities including sales, stock management, regulatory compliance and customer service.
• Read, interpret and file doctors’ prescriptions accurately.
• Recommend additional or alternative products to patients as part of their treatment plan.
• Check product expiry dates and verify correct storage conditions before dispensing.
• Dispense medications promptly to patients, aestheticians, physician assistants and doctors.
• Provide basic product information, usage guidance and storage advice to patients.
• Monitor fast‑moving, slow‑moving and expiring items to optimise stock levels.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all statutory procedures and regulations.
• Update and record Clinic Use Products in the Great Plains system.
• Prepare weekly product requisitions for the clinic.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile stock records.
• Generate monthly reconciliation and other required reports.
• Participate in required meetings, events and training sessions.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year Pharmacy program and a registered pharmacist.
• 0.5–1 year of relevant pharmacy experience; fresh graduates with strong clinical or community internship experience are welcome.
• Willingness to work in Rockwell, Makati City.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) inventory system.
