About the role

The Branch Head will lead the San Juan – Abad Santos branch, overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and fostering a high‑performing team. This position combines operational management with strategic sales leadership in a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead overall branch operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Drive sales performance, meet and exceed business targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and BSP regulations.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or banking.
Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
Good understanding of banking policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Proactive, analytical, and results‑driven mindset.
