BIM Modeller – Structural & Civil (Revit)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller specialized in structural and civil design to join our Mandaluyong City office. The role supports the design team by creating and maintaining accurate BIM models and ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for the structural design discipline.
• Work under the direction of the Design Engineer and BIM Job Captain.
• Ensure construction document accuracy based on updated BIM models from all disciplines.
• Collaborate and coordinate design changes and model challenges with other disciplines.
• Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan, workflow criteria, and organization BIM standards.
• Lead the development of discipline‑specific BIM content when required.
• Print drawing sets, participate in discipline reviews, and prepare models for BIM coordination meetings.
• Export DWF and other formats for internal and external collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to adhere to BIM execution plans and organizational standards.
• Collaborative mindset for cross‑discipline coordination.
• Willingness to take initiative on discipline‑specific BIM content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing linkage and clean‑up.
• Experience using Autodesk Navisworks for design review and collaboration.
• Understanding of software interoperability for BIM tasks.
• Capability to export DWF and other collaboration formats.
