BIM Modeler – UD2 CS

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join Surbana Jurong’s team in Mandaluyong City. The role focuses on creating and managing BIM models, supporting the Singapore C&S team, and delivering detailed CAD drawings and quantity schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Generate quantity schedules from BIM models.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams locally and overseas.
• Perform BIM modelling and coordination work.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in BIM modelling, drafting, and coordination.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across locations.
