BIM Modeler – Electrical Systems

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in electrical systems to join our multidisciplinary team in Mandaluyong City. You will create and maintain 3‑D Revit MEP models, support engineers and ensure seamless integration across all building disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3‑D BIM models for electrical installations using Autodesk Revit MEP, coordinating with mechanical and plumbing models.
• Assist electrical engineers with cable routing, load calculations, equipment layouts and related documentation.
• Produce and update electrical drawings, including layout plans, single‑line diagrams, riser diagrams and panel schedules in line with project standards and codes.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage, and help resolve issues during coordination meetings.
• Maintain compliance with BIM Execution Plans, Surbana Jurong modelling standards and ISO 19650 protocols.
• Manage model and drawing versions on BIM 360/ACC or other CDEs, ensuring proper version control.
• Contribute to the development of Revit families, workflow automation and continuous improvement of BIM processes.
• Support QA/QC reviews and collaborate with regional teams across different time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in BIM modelling and documentation of electrical building systems.
• Strong attention to detail, good English communication skills and ability to work in a team.
