Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, Spanish‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries through phone, email and live chat, delivering accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to general customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing product, order and account information.
• Resolve basic issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate support team following established procedures.
• Document all interactions, inquiries and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and uphold service quality.
• Follow company policies, service standards and workflows to meet satisfaction goals.
• Continuously update product knowledge, systems and processes to improve support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or client support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is required, Arabic or French is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable and interested in a long‑term career in customer service.
