The Barista will join the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Makati, a 5‑star luxury hotel slated to open in 2026. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hot and cold beverage experiences that reflect the brand’s legendary service standards. This role combines precise beverage preparation with personalized guest interaction in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in every drink served.
• Engage guests with a warm, professional, and personalized service, anticipating their preferences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback, escalating issues when necessary.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the beverage team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
