Bank Teller – Customer Service Associate (Lucena, Quezon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bank Teller to join our branch in Lucena, Quezon. As a Customer Service Associate, you will deliver fast, accurate, and courteous banking services while contributing to our commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process over‑the‑counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with UNIPRO activities, including scanning and filing of signature cards and other bank documents.
• Review all check transactions and verify the authenticity of received notes.
• Cross‑sell existing bank products to branch clients.
• Refer clients with additional queries or interest in other bank offerings to the appropriate specialists.
• Consistently provide a “WOW” customer experience to every client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably business‑related.
• No prior work experience required; customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of initiative, innovation, and the ability to work with people from diverse socio‑economic backgrounds.
• Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within Quezon Province.
