Bank Teller – Customer Sales & Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bank Teller to join our branch in Cotabato City. The Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) will deliver fast, accurate and courteous service to clients, supporting the bank’s commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process over‑the‑counter transactions including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with UNIPRO activities such as scanning and filing signature cards and other bank documents.
• Review check transactions and verify the authenticity of all notes received.
• Cross‑sell existing branch products and refer clients with additional banking needs.
• Provide a “WOW” customer experience for every client interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably business‑related.
• No prior work experience required; customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of initiative, innovation and ability to work with people from diverse socio‑economic backgrounds.
