About the role

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our back‑office Customer Service team in Taguig. Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to customers and internal teams across the assigned sector.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions related to your specialty.
• Generate reports, analyse data, and maintain database integrity (SQL roles).
• Create, monitor and optimise digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Process travel reservations, ticketing and related services using GDS platforms.
• Address healthcare, banking or telecom‑specific questions, including billing and technical concerns.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in at least one of the listed domains (SQL, digital ads, GDS travel, healthcare, finance, telecom).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
