B2B Order Fulfillment Specialist (Remote, Japan Timezone)

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end order processing for a fast‑growing international food‑and‑beverage distributor. The role is fully remote but operates on Japan business hours, combining operational execution with client‑facing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manually process purchase orders and coordinate fulfillment workflows.
• Work with suppliers and partners to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
• Track orders, inventory and sales using spreadsheets and internal trackers.
• Communicate proactively with B2B clients via email and phone.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support account growth.
• Resolve fulfillment issues and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with product launches and new item rollouts.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in order fulfillment, sales support, retail or FMCG.
• Experience handling B2B accounts or client coordination.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, manual environment with minimal SOPs.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities remotely.

Required skills

• Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet tools).
