About the role
We are hiring experienced B2B Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to engage eCommerce business owners and decision‑makers, generate interest in our fraud prevention and shipping protection solutions, and book qualified sales appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to eCommerce merchants on Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.
- Introduce and explain our fraud prevention and shipping protection services professionally.
- Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads, maintain communication pipelines, and update CRM with accurate notes and activity.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Previous B2B cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
- Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills and confident phone presence.
- Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Availability to work 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST on a full‑time basis.
