About the role
We are seeking experienced B2B Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to join our team. You will engage directly with eCommerce business owners and decision‑makers, generate interest in our fraud prevention and shipping protection solutions, and schedule qualified sales appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.
- Introduce and explain our fraud prevention and shipping protection services.
- Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and book appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads, maintain communication pipelines, and update CRM records with accurate notes.
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Proven B2B cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
- Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Availability to work 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST on a full‑time basis.
