AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

Cloud Bridge is seeking an AWS‑focused DevOps Engineer to own and evolve AWS environments for a defined customer account. You will work in a customer‑aligned model, delivering automation, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code while improving security, reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM and Lambda.
• Troubleshoot system, application and network issues in line with service level agreements.
• Monitor platform performance and availability using CloudWatch and other observability tools.
• Participate in post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows).
• Collaborate closely with customer teams, developers and internal specialists to deliver ongoing value.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working with live production AWS environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the technical point of contact for customers.
