Audit Associate – Financial & Operational Controls

About the role

Camella is seeking an Audit Associate to strengthen financial and operational controls across its nationwide real‑estate operations. The role will support internal audit activities, evaluate business processes, and help implement improvements that ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Create, validate, reconcile, and allocate financial transactions.
• Perform internal audits on financial and operational processes.
• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Analyze system‑generated data to identify risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Document audit findings and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission of audit requirements.
• Perform other audit‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Management Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CMA) preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates and board‑passers are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Background in accounting management, audit or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
