Attractions Operator – Guest Safety & Operations

About the role

The Attractions Operator ensures the safety of guests and staff while delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience on each attraction. You will follow strict Standard Operating Procedures, conduct pre‑opening checks, and act as the primary point of contact for guests during operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑opening inspections, sweep queue lines, clean platforms, and remove trash.
• Verify that required personal protective equipment is present and in good condition.
• Communicate safety instructions and announcements clearly to guests.
• Operate only attractions for which you are trained and certified, adhering strictly to SOPs.
• Monitor attractions continuously, ready to stop or shut down operations if a safety issue arises.
• Screen guests for physical suitability and assist frightened guests safely.
• Administer first aid and coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Facilitate efficient guest throughput while maintaining safety standards.
• Assist with evacuation procedures using stairs, ladders, platforms, or extreme heights.
• Uphold hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and personal grooming.

Required profile

• Ability to obtain a PNR Red CPR certification for Professional Rescuer.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• College degree or equivalent education.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Commitment to high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
