Attractions Operator – Guest Safety & Experience

About the role

The Attractions Operator ensures the safety and enjoyment of guests using the attraction. Working on‑site at a family entertainment centre, you will follow strict Standard Operating Procedures to deliver a secure and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑opening inspections, sweep queue lines, clean platforms, and verify personal protective equipment.
• Communicate safety instructions and announcements clearly to guests.
• Operate only attractions for which you are trained and certified, adhering to SOPs without deviation.
• Monitor attractions continuously, ready to stop or shut down operations if a problem arises.
• Provide emergency first aid and coordinate evacuations when necessary.
• Screen guests for physical suitability and manage guest flow to meet throughput targets.
• Maintain personal presentation standards and comply with hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Attend required training sessions and perform any other reasonable duties assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to obtain a PNR Red CPR certification for Professional Rescuer.
• College degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
