Associate Webcast Producer (Night Shift)

About the role

As an Associate Webcast Producer you will support the planning, production and post‑event processing of live webcast and streaming sessions for Notified’s investor‑relations and public‑relations platforms. The role works primarily on a night‑shift schedule, providing technical and customer support to ensure seamless experiences for clients, speakers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point‑of‑contact for live webcast production, recordings and live training sessions.
• Follow and apply Notified’s webcast workflows, ensuring client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved quickly.
• Provide real‑time technical support during live events, troubleshoot AV hardware, streaming software and network connectivity.
• Process recorded media to client specifications after each webcast and deliver detailed status updates.
• Escalate complex problems accurately and assist with configuration projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in webcasting, video production or related creative production.
• At least one year of project coordination experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
• Understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems.
• Video encoding and live‑streaming expertise, including on‑demand streaming.
