Associate Talent Sourcing Partner (Onsite, Ortigas)

About the role

Staff Domain is hiring an Associate Talent Sourcing Partner, working onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full time. The role identifies, engages and attracts top talent across a growing portfolio of roles, working with Talent Acquisition Partners and Team Leads to build strong candidate pipelines. It is a hands-on sourcing position with a commission structure that rewards recruitment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review client calibrations and job descriptions, then build tailored sourcing strategies and proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, networking and internal databases.
• Use Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing tools, data mining and research into talent markets to find high-potential candidates.
• Engage candidates, conduct telephone screens and initial interviews, assess suitability and present qualified candidates internally.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and assessments in Zoho, and proactively talent pool candidates for future roles.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date candidate profiles, tags and recruitment activity in Zoho.
• Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience and provide weekly recruitment updates to the Team Lead.
• Take part in team meetings, calibrations and performance reviews, and escalate issues to the Team Lead or Recruitment Lead.
• Follow recruitment procedures, candidate control processes and data privacy standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an agency, in-house, BPO or RPO setting.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and assessment skills, and ability to run telephone screens and initial interviews independently.
• Comfortable using AI-powered recruitment tools; strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several candidate pipelines and competing deadlines, and to work independently while collaborating with TA Partners and Team Leads.
