Associate, Talent Management (Learning and Development)

About the role

PDAX is seeking an Associate to lead Learning & Development initiatives and support talent management across the organization. The role combines onboarding excellence, curriculum design, and data‑driven HR operations to foster a high‑performing, compliant workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own the New Hire Training Series and ensure effective cultural and operational integration within the first 90 days.
• Design and deliver functional and inter‑departmental training programs, including cybersecurity, risk management, and wellness.
• Administer mandatory compliance trainings and maintain up‑to‑date content.
• Curate and update the digital Learning Management System (LMS) to keep learning material engaging and aligned with industry standards.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for Talent Acquisition, from requisition posting to recruitment events.
• Collaborate on employer branding content that highlights the learning culture.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and HRIS, and produce regular analytics reports on recruitment speed, training ROI, and onboarding satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
