Associate SEO Lead (Remote)

About the role

Rocket Clicks is seeking an Associate SEO Lead to own senior‑level execution and quality across our family‑law digital marketing accounts. This remote position blends deep technical SEO expertise with daily AI‑assisted workflows to drive measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies for assigned client accounts, focusing on technical SEO, crawl and indexation analysis, HTML and site‑structure review.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven workflows, prompts, and custom tools that improve team efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive audits covering on‑page, content, internal linking, local SEO, and especially technical layers such as schema and site architecture.
• Investigate ranking drops or indexation issues, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes without relying on checklists.
• Perform quality control of deliverables and ensure technical implementations are clean and accurate.
• Mentor and review work of SEO Specialists, fostering skill growth within the team.

Required profile

• Well‑rounded SEO professional with a strong emphasis on technical SEO.
• Independent problem‑solver who can dive into source code, crawl data, and rendered output.
• Fluent user of modern AI tools, capable of building reusable workflows and prompts.
• Comfortable reviewing peers’ work and providing mentorship.

Required skills

• Technical SEO (crawl behavior, indexation, HTML structure, schema, site architecture).
• AI tool integration and workflow development.
• Audit and analysis of on‑page, content, internal linking, and local SEO.
• Quality control of SEO deliverables.
