Associate Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Lawyer to join Tavidell Law Offices in Makati on a full‑time basis. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support senior lawyers and partners across a wide range of practice areas, contributing to both litigation and transactional matters while upholding the firm’s commitment to legal aid.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, pleadings, and contracts.
• Review and revise contractual and transactional documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and management of case files and transaction records.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of legal services.
• Analyze complex legal and regulatory issues and contribute to strategy development for litigation and transactions.
• Support the firm’s legal‑aid initiatives while maintaining high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar (newly admitted candidates are welcome).
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple deadlines and cases under pressure.
