Associate Finance Controller (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a Global 500 leader in international trade as an Associate Finance Controller on the night shift. You will work with cross‑border teams, support month‑end close, and ensure compliance with global and local financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities and deliver timely financial book‑close.
• Coordinate with country and regional teams to gather required information.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and deliver tax and audit requirements on schedule.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews, verify account accuracy, and address deviations.
• Analyze financial statements, consolidate accounting and tax data, and produce operational reports.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and act as a backup resource for the team.
• Support internal control attestations and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Considerable years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work a night‑shift schedule.
