Associate Counsel – Digital Financial Services

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Counsel to join our digital financial services team. You will provide legal guidance on regulatory matters, draft and review contracts, and support regulator engagement while collaborating closely with headquarters and local teams.
Key responsibilities
- Advise business units on financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts.
- Assist with regulator engagement and manage related communications.
- Coordinate with HQ, local legal, compliance, business, and other cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 3‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in financial services regulations and products.
- Prior in‑house experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine financial services laws, especially payments and consumer lending.
- Proven ability to handle complex matters, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
