About the role
OurAssistants is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support day‑to‑day operations for U.S. property management clients. The role is fully remote and follows US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries, handle leasing, screenings, move‑ins and move‑outs, and issue notices.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders, manage vendor relationships, and approve invoices.
- Assist with rent collection, ledger maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with fair‑housing, landlord‑tenant laws, and company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of residential or multifamily property‑management experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Resides in the Philippines or Latin America with a stable internet connection.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property‑management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi).
- Knowledge of leasing processes, lease renewals, evictions, and fair‑housing regulations.
