About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Product Development Manager to support our product development team in bringing new ideas to market and managing the product lifecycle. The role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with suppliers, warehouse, and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in product development, innovation research and overall product lifecycle management.
- Help plan and execute product development projects, monitoring timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers for sourcing, sampling and production updates.
- Oversee product shipment schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Work closely with warehouse and marketing teams to align shipments with launch and inventory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, retail merchandising or buying.
- Strong organizational and research abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
