About the role

The Assistant Mall Manager supports the overall profitability and operational excellence of the mall, aligning daily activities with management directives and income targets. This role focuses on enhancing the mall’s physical value, ensuring a safe environment, and driving customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain profitable mall operations in line with corporate goals.
• Develop and implement programs that continuously improve the mall’s physical assets.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment that encourages repeat patronage.
• Apply company policies, guidelines, and procedures consistently across all departments.
• Guarantee compliance with government regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support initiatives that maximize shareholder return and sustain market leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Extensive managerial experience with a proven track record in marketing, sales, property development, building administration, customer service, and business operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
