About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of an established FMCG product portfolio. You will work closely with a Brand Manager, taking ownership of key product segments and helping shape brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Support brand growth by implementing online and offline brand tactics.
- Execute consumer immersions and update the Target Consumer Portrait.
- Collaborate with business units to refine brand essence and vision.
- Monitor consumer and shopper preferences and generate actions to improve brand preference.
- Manage end‑to‑end communication plans from brief to post‑evaluation.
- Oversee procurement and payment activities for the brand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical ability and experience extracting commercial insights from data.
