Assistant Boutique Manager – Luxury Resort Retail

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Boutique Manager to lead our boutique operations at Amanpulo, a luxury private‑island resort in the Philippines. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain a high‑value client database.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment and movement records.
• Ensure boutique presentation aligns with Aman brand standards and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Villa, Spa and Food & Beverage teams to maximise retail opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure consigners are paid on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty or hospitality retail preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
