Assembly Technician – Onsite in Baguio City

About the role

Moog is seeking an Assembly Technician to join its Baguio City team. Working under the Cell Leader, you will contribute to the production of high‑quality servo valves and sub‑assemblies, ensuring reliability through precise assembly and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble servo valve components and sub‑assemblies according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform functional and visual inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, worksheets, and related documentation.
• Document test results and report any non‑conformities.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean Management principles.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 3‑year technological course, a 2‑year trade course with at least 1 year experience, a 6‑month vocational course with 2½ years experience, or a 3‑ to 5‑year engineering program with relevant experience.
• Strong eye‑hand coordination for precise assembly work.
• Ability to work onsite in Baguio City, Philippines.

Required skills

• Interpretation of assembly drawings and worksheets.
• Visual inspection of mechanical parts.
• Working knowledge of Lean Management System, problem‑solving, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
