Assembly Technician

About the role

Moog is seeking an Assembly Technician to join its Baguio City facility. Under the supervision of the Cell Leader, you will ensure the quality and reliability of servo valves and sub‑assemblies through precise assembly and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble servo valve components and sub‑assemblies according to detailed drawings and worksheets.
• Perform visual inspections and functional tests to identify and resolve non‑conformities.
• Document assembly results and contribute to department performance metrics.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 3‑year technological course, 2‑year trade course with 1 year experience, 6‑month vocational course with 2½ years experience, or engineering graduate with at least 1 year experience.
• Strong eye‑hand coordination and ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

Required skills

• Good eye‑hand coordination for assembly and testing work.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and worksheets.
• Visual inspection of parts against non‑conformities.
• Working knowledge of Lean Management System, problem solving, continuous improvement, and zero‑defect mindset.
