About the role
Join TE as an Assembly Operator I and contribute to the safe operation of high‑speed, large‑scale automated assembly machines. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge production lines while supporting a culture of safety, sustainability, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Follow standard protocols to implement assembly processes and adjust equipment as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Provide technical support for quality‑control testing throughout the assembly process.
- Operate and continuously monitor automated technologies used in production.
- Maintain documentation and report any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with little or no prior work experience in a similar role.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
